Simple Will Writing
A simple single or mirror will states the wishes of an individual person or couple. Within this framework, you can appoint executors, make gifts to named individuals or charities, stipulate funeral and organ donation wishes, make provisions for pets, appoint guardians for minor children, and include trusts for bereaved minors/young people.
Specialist Will Writing
A specialist will includes all features of a simple will, plus one specialist will trust, and property services if required. You might want to use this trust to provide for a beneficiary, safeguard an asset, or reduce an inheritance tax liability. In addition to will-based trusts we also offer lifetime trusts. Find out more about the different lifetime trust options we offer on our Trusts page.
Will Storage & Registration
Whilst will storage via either Waverley Wills or HM Courts & Tribunal Service are available free of charge, we can also arrange document storage through 3rd party providers such as The National Will Archive. All wills are registered free of charge via The National Will Registry. Additionally we offer secure digital documents storage, accessible only by you, your will writer, and your executors.
