About Us
What makes Waverley Wills different?
Who We Are
Waverley Wills is a small legal services practice offering wills and estate planning in and around Surrey.
Having noticed a gap in the local market for high quality and affordable estate planning services, we established a specialised will writing service in Farnham.
As a smaller company, we are able to offer clients a more personal service, taking the time to understand every aspect of your individual circumstances and drafting each document with meticulous attention to detail.
It’s this diligence that helps us forge long-term relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted partner to update your wills and documents as your estate planning goals or family dynamics evolve over time.

Our Mission
Nearly half of adults in the UK do not have a will in place, and even fewer have registered a Lasting Power of Attorney.
While estate planning is a personal choice, many people are hesitant to put their affairs in order due to misconceptions and worries about the cost, difficulty, or quality of advice.
Our mission is to negate these fears, by providing high quality, convenient estate planning advice and services available to all, at a reasonable price point.
There are no hidden fees with our personalised services; we offer transparent fixed prices, which include home visit appointments for consultations, instruction taking, and documents attestation meetings.
We aim to help all of our clients feel organised and stress-free, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your affairs are in order.
Modern families can be complex and ever-changing, but we want to support you throughout life’s journey. Whether your personal circumstances have changed or you just want to regularly review your arrangements, Waverley Wills is here for all your estate planning needs in the long term.
Our Process
For most estate planning services, our process is:
Step 1: You Get in Touch
Call us on 01252 977 007
email [email protected]
or fill out our contact form to arrange an initial meeting, which can be held face-to-face (in the privacy of your own home or at a location of your choosing) or virtually. Evening and weekend appointments are also available for your convenience.
Step 2: Consultation
During the consultation, we will discuss your personal situation, current estate, and goals in detail. This allows our expert to advise you on the best available solutions and services for your needs, and to provide a quotation. Thanks to our fixed price structure, this quote is transparent and straightforward. Our time and advice is free of charge, and we will never pressurise you into making a decision.
Step 3: Taking Instructions
Once we have agreed upon the services you require, we can proceed to take your instructions. Often it is possible to take instructions within the consultation meeting.
Step 4: Drafting and Executing Your Documents
We aim to prepare all draft forms and documents for your approval within 7 days. We then aim to prepare original documents for attestation within a further 7 days. For urgent situations, deathbed or express services are available. As standard, our consultant will then attend the documents attestation meeting to ensure that execution is valid and in line with the law. Documents may be securely stored free of charge, via Waverley Wills.
